Native Americans and other indigenous peoples have burned sage for centuries as part of a spiritual ritual to cleanse a person or space, and to promote healing and wisdom. It’s been used since the time of the ancient Egyptians and Romans to treat digestive issues, memory problems, and sore throats.
I personally sage for aromatherapy and I burned sage by it’s self and wasn’t a big fan BUT when I added these herbs to it the game totally changed for me. This is what I’ve been using and now I am ready to share it with you all!
This sage stick is made with dried white sage, fresh lavender, fresh rosemary and fresh thyme.
